Singing Your Heart’s Desire

Come join us for an evening of devotional chanting in which you are welcome to sing along, dance along, and in general, bliss out! The chanting (also known as kirtan) will be lead by Joseph Anthony, creator of The Wonder Child Blog and author of “Following Your Heart’s Desire”. All ages welcome. Come and sing, come and dance, come and be inspired!

4 Worlds Trance Dance

Tonight we will do a powerful ritual to go deeper into the 4 Shamanic Worlds & Enter into the Heightened State of Shamanic Trance called Timbura.

This ritual is very strong – to learn what Shamanic Trance is, experience first hand the 4 Shamanic Worlds, and create powerful change and transformation in your life.

  1. First we’ll begin with an explanation and understanding of the Ritual – entering the 4 worlds with the Shaman’s task of creating change and cleaning up negative emotions & thoughts, reclaiming our lost personal power and directing this towards the future
  2. Next we raise our energy and enter the world of the present through dynamic dance
  3. With a perspective of personal power and strength in the present we travel to the world of the past & integrate our deepest darkest aspects of ourselves – expressing and releasing these burdens forever
  4. Now with an increased freedom from releasing negativities we travel to the world of the future and direct our energies towards our highest purposes, sewing seeds that will come to fruition
  5. And then we connect with Eternity through deep relaxation, guided by shamanic music
  6. We close with a circle meditation

This is a guided Trance Dance, set to modern active music along with Shamanic Drumming and Throat Singing. Come ready to sweat, and bring bottled water… No experience necessary, the entire experience is guided and fully explained. This is your chance to really experience Authentic Shamanism, and participate in a powerful Ritual to Change Your Life Forever!

Yoga & Wine

Gentle, relaxing yoga and pranayama (breath work) for all levels. Wine sampling to follow yoga. Featuring our very own private label wine produced by local winery Fratelli Desiato Vineyards using organic ingredients hand picked for SanKtuary! Each guest will get one glass of our fabulous wine and if you bring a friend you will each receive a lovely gift! A Course in Miracles: Study Group

 Monday’s 7:00 to 8:30 ~$5 donation requested

If you have been searching for a way to reconnect with Spirit and the Oneness that connects us all, then this on-going study group is for you! A Course in Miracles, which includes among its students Marianne Williamson, Wayne Dyer and Iyanla Vanzant, is a psychological and spiritual mind training curriculum that lifts the illusion of separation and, through a dramatic change in perception, brings the student to the reality of his/her direct relationship with God and the light and love that connects us all. The intention of the study group is to provide a safe and loving environment for the discovery of Self, and to create a community where members share and cultivate the power and abundance of forgiveness and love. At each study group meeting, the group will explore the Workbook lessons practiced during the week, and the sharing of experiences and questions will be encouraged. A review of the upcoming lessons will also be included in the activities of the group meeting. The pace and the flow of the lessons will be at the preference of the group. As the group becomes more familiar with the basic principles of the course, readings from the Text will be added to the night’s discussions.  All are welcome to participate in the study group; wherever you are on your journey is perfect and to be celebrated.
